Application
Large flange type blind rivets,the diameter of this rivet head is significantly increased compared to ordinary blind rivets. When riveting with connectors, the rivet has a larger contact area, a stronger support surface, and can enhance the torque strength. The large flange head pop rivet can withstand higher radial tension.
Stainless steel pop rivets mainly use stainless steel wire or plate as raw material, followed by cold heading or stamping and a series of processes. It is very popular to use stainless steel to manufacture pop rivets, but for stainless steel pop rivets, it has four characteristics:
1. High temperature resistance of stainless steel blind rivets. As the hardness of stainless steel is relatively strong, the rivets after production have strong oxidation resistance, and can work normally under high temperatures without too much interference from high temperatures. The stainless steel pop rivets are passivated after manufacturing, which is more resistant to high temperatures.
2. The physical properties of stainless steel pop rivets have a relatively high negative rate. Compared with carbon steel wire rod, we can see that the negative rate of stainless steel blind rivets is five times higher than that of carbon steel. There is an expansion coefficient in the standard parts. Through tests, we know that if the temperature is higher, the expansion coefficient of stainless steel pop rivets will be improved to a certain extent.
3. The load-bearing capacity of stainless steel pop rivets is relatively strong for stainless steel pop rivets. Although they cannot be compared with high-strength bolts, they also meet the needs of normal people.
4. Mechanical properties of stainless steel pop rivets. In the mechanical properties, we can know that many of them are closely related to stainless steel wires.
