Fixpal Rivet specializes in the production and sale of fastening systems and can offer a wide range of products to satisfy the most demanding customer needs.
To meet the needs of industries as diverse as marine, electronics and transportation, Rivit develops various types of stainless steel fasteners such as Lock bolt rivet, Multigrip rivet and Sealing Rivets.
A key feature of Lockbolt rivet is that the housing deforms under compression, resulting in a large blind side support area on the backplate, providing wide bore tolerances and high shear and tensile strength. Rivitt notes that this makes rivets ideal for fiberglass applications.
Multi-grip rivet has unique rivet lengths to accommodate rivets of varying thicknesses. The special shape of the mandrel and body during compression deformation creates a large support area for the blind side on the back sheet, ensuring complete filling of the hole.
Sealing rivets have end seals instead of standard holes and are suitable for use on containers or boxes to prevent leakage or penetration of liquid.
Rivet nuts allow users to create threads in pre-drilled sheets even if they cannot reach the back of the sheet itself. The use of rivet nuts will not damage the surface.
Among our product range we would like to highlight our Stainless Steel Rivet Nuts, Open Spline Cylinders, Dome Heads; as well as our stainless steel rivet nuts, open spline cylinders, reduced heads, Rivitt. Jackriv rivet nuts are also available in AISI 316 M6-M8 stainless steel and are designed to provide maximum clamping across a range of material thicknesses, creating internal threads that cannot be accessed from the blind side.”
The special geometry of Jackriv creates a large bearing surface on the blind side during deformation, ensuring the integrity of the assembled part, especially when working with plastics and composite materials. When installed, the housing collapses into a star shape; this makes Jackriv very resistant to pressure and vibration, yet easy to use.
Ideal applications for these rivet nuts are composites and plastics such as display panels, sandwich profiles, white goods, container bus and caravan cladding, and ship interiors.
