All series of Fixpal blind rivet

Fixpal, a China manufacturer of rivets, can offer a wide range of products. Here we focus on a wide range of blind, solid, semi-tubular and rivet nuts, as well as the tools needed to install rivets and rivet nuts.
Rivet rivets, commonly known as broken shank rivets, are a highly effective fastening system that cannot be disassembled. This allows two or more mechanical systems to be assembled. There are several types of blind rivets, including standard rivets (defined by NF EN ISO 14588) and custom made rivets with special features, dimensions and mechanical strength.
Fixpal is a standard rivet available in a variety of materials including aluminium, steel, stainless steel, copper and bronze. Fixpal specifications can be modified to suit specific customer requirements, such as special break points, special lengths, shedding heads or special head diameters.
Also available are Fixpal peel rivets, specially designed for fastening soft or thin materials such as plastic, wood, resin or thin metal sheets. The rivet body is split into four legs and the mandrel head is ejected. Wode fastener is also available in a “T” version, in which the central shaft head remains after installation, providing excellent shear strength.
Fixpal is a triangular aluminum alloy rivet with a large blind contact area, recommended for soft materials. The rivet is divided into three parts, which provides a large secondary bearing surface of its blind part, provides excellent multiple gripping capabilities and different material thicknesses, and guarantees a fixed mandrel head, perfect fastening and good vibration resistance. The rivet is also available in the Fixpal 2 version, which is relatively waterproof and has good vibration resistance.
Another Fixpal rivet is the multi-clamp rivet. Fixpal MULTI-GRIP rivet has a very wide grip range as well as some special mounting properties. During installation, the body of the rivet expands to fill the hole, crimping the part securely. This rivet is also aesthetically pleasing, forming a beautiful sphere of maximum thickness and a double sphere with thinner components. Multi grip rivets also helps reduce inventory and prevent errors because it does not require exact drill diameters. It is also relatively water resistant and has good vibration resistance as the mandrel head is retained.
Closed end rivet is a sealed rivet with a sealed end that completely seals the mandrel head inside the rivet body. Fully sealed rivets withstand pressures up to 30 bar. Closed end rivet is available in a variety of materials and can be used to join very hard materials such as steel and stainless steel, as well as very soft materials such as plastic and glass.
The wodecy range of long rivets provide fast and strong clamping by simply hammering the head of the mandrel. For example, DRIVE rivets can be used with through holes or pocket holes and fastened to any type of material such as wood, plastic, brick, concrete or cladding. Its functionality also allows it to be used with porous concrete without the need for drilling.
As for structural rivets, the GOSTRUCTURE rivet is a blind rivet with a broken system, the mandrel of which is fixed in the body of the rivet. It has high shear and tensile strength and is resistant to vibration. HIGHBOLT rivets offer multiple clamping options, high shear and tensile strength, and good vibration resistance. It has good sealing and a visible fixing effect. A special spout is required to ensure double stem locking after installation. HIGHLOCK rivets complete the range of structural rivets and offer high shear and tensile strength as well as good vibration resistance and good shank retention with a knurled mandrel. This HIGHLOCK rivet is ideal for thin sheet materials.
The range of Fixpal rivets also includes knurled rivets. This rivet is specially designed to provide electrical conductivity between assembled parts. Once installed, the conical recesses lift the paint or coating off metal surfaces. Rivets are securely fixed, preventing loosening and rotation.
Finally, grooved rivets complete the range. The body of the  rivet is fully serrated, and when installed, these reverse grooves allow it to engage the inside surface of the part to be assembled. This makes this rivet ideal for knots with closed ends and pocket holes.
wodecy emphasizes that the use of any type of rivet has many advantages. These benefits include ease of assembly, strength, lightness and durability, and cost effectiveness. Rivets also have the advantage of being able to join many types of materials (different thicknesses).
The company also notes that the only downside to each rivet is that it cannot be removed. Rivets, like screws, require pre-drilled holes, but rivets are a stronger solution and cannot be removed. The only way to remove them is to drill through the rivets. Rivet installation also requires special tools, which can be manual, hydropneumatic or electric, depending on the type of rivet and application.
